2. SCOPE OF SERVICES – CUSTOMS OFFICER ENGAGEMENTThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Trade & Logistics Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide professional Customs Officer services for the client's import and export operations conducted within Thailand Bangkok. The engagement covers the full spectrum of customs clearance activities at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), and the Bangkok Land Customs House (Bang Na and Thewet offices). The Customs Officer assigned under this arrangement will hold a valid license issued by the Thai Customs Department (Department of Revenue) and shall operate in strict compliance with the Customs Act B.E. 2560 (2017) and all applicable regulations of the Royal Thai Government.
The primary objective of this Quotation Estimate is to outline the costs associated with retaining a dedicated Customs Officer who will manage the client's cargo documentation, tariff classification, duty calculation, and physical inspection coordination at all Thailand Bangkok customs checkpoints. The Customs Officer will also serve as the primary liaison between the client and the Thai Customs Department, ensuring timely clearance and minimizing the risk of shipment delays or penalties.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Thailand Bangkok.
- The assigned Customs Officer must hold a valid Customs Broker license (ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าศุลกากร) issued by the Thai Customs Department. The client reserves the right to request a replacement if performance standards are not met.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed within the jurisdiction of Thailand Bangkok, including but not limited to Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang Airport, Bang Na Land Customs, and Thewet Land Customs.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be settled in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month contract period.
- The Customs Officer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the client's commercial data, shipment details, and pricing information in accordance with Thai data protection regulations.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or penalties levied by the Thai Customs Department on the client's cargo are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed port closures, or changes in Thailand Bangkok customs regulations, may result in service interruptions without liability to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of a Customs Officer to support import-export operations in Thailand Bangkok.
