The Customs Officer referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be a licensed professional registered with the Turkish Ministry of Trade (Ticaret Bakanlığı) and shall hold a valid customs broker license (Gümrük Müşaviri Belgesi) issued under the Turkish Customs Law No. 4458. All services described herein are tailored specifically to the operational requirements of goods transiting through the Ankara customs zone, including the Ankara Esenboğa International Airport cargo terminal and the Ankara land border crossing points.

The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties on behalf of the client within Turkey Ankara:

• Preparation, review, and submission of all customs declarations (Gümrük Beyannamesi) via the Turkish Integrated Customs Management System (BİLGE) for import, export, and transit cargo processed in Ankara.
• Classification of goods under the Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes applicable to Turkish customs regulations and the EU Customs Code as adopted by Turkey Ankara trade authorities.
• Calculation and verification of applicable customs duties, Value Added Tax (KDV), and special consumption taxes (ÖTV) in accordance with the Ankara customs tariff schedules.

• Management of bonded warehouse operations and temporary admission procedures for goods stored within the Ankara customs territory.
