3. Terms and Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the services described herein. Payment terms are structured as follows: a 30% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% payable in equal monthly instalments aligned with the service delivery schedule. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
The Customs Officers deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall be fully insured, hold valid UAE residency permits, and possess current professional certifications recognised by the Abu Dhabi Customs Department.
