- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Upon expiration, all rates and service terms must be reconfirmed in writing by Golden Gate Trade Compliance Services, Inc.
- The Customs Officer assigned under this agreement shall hold a valid U.S. Customs Broker License issued by CBP and shall maintain all required professional certifications throughout the engagement period in the United States San Francisco customs district.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon contract execution; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced in equal monthly installments on the first business day of each month.
- All services rendered by the Customs Officer shall comply with 19 U.S.C. § 1641, 19 C.F.R. Parts 111–145, and all applicable local ordinances of the City and County of San Francisco.

- Governing Law: This agreement and all associated Quotation Estimate documents shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in the Superior Court of San Francisco County, United States San Francisco.
