The Customs Officer engaged under this quotation will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- The engagement of the Customs Officer is governed by the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A separate employment contract will be executed upon acceptance of this quotation.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing; the remaining 50% shall be paid in equal monthly installments within ten (10) business days of each monthly invoice.
- The Customs Officer shall work a standard 40-hour week (Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Tashkent time, UTC+5). Overtime, if required for urgent customs clearance operations, shall be compensated at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.

- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Tashkent City, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the applicable procedural rules.
