3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in exchange rates, regulatory fees, or market conditions in Venezuela Caracas will be issued at no additional charge.

3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total estimated amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars via wire transfer to the designated account in Venezuela Caracas.

3.3 Scope Limitations: The services described herein are limited to the engagement of a single licensed Customs Officer and associated administrative support. Any additional customs brokerage, legal representation before administrative tribunals, or litigation support will be quoted separately and is not included in this Quotation Estimate.

3.4 Regulatory Compliance: The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate in strict compliance with all applicable Venezuelan federal and state regulations, SENIAT directives, and international trade agreements to which Venezuela is a signatory. The client acknowledges that the Customs Officer acts as a representative and that ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of commercial documentation remains with the client.

3.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government shutdowns, port strikes, natural disasters, or changes in Venezuelan trade policy that affect operations in Venezuela Caracas.

3.6 Confidentiality: All commercial data, shipment details, and client-specific information shared in the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Customs Officer and the service provider. This obligation survives the termination of the contract for a period of three (3) years.
