The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Zimbabwe Harare operational area:

• Physical inspection coordination, documentation verification, and liaison with ZIMRA officers at all customs checkpoints within the Harare metropolitan area.
• Management of bonded warehouse operations, temporary import/export procedures, and re-export documentation in compliance with Zimbabwean trade regulations.
• Advisory services on trade compliance, sanctions screening, and regulatory updates affecting cross-border trade through the Zimbabwe Harare corridor.
• Maintenance of accurate customs records, statistical reporting, and monthly reconciliation of duty payments for a minimum period of five (5) years as required by law.
• Representation of the client before ZIMRA, the Zimbabwe National Customs Authority, and any relevant regulatory body in the event of audits, disputes, or investigations within Zimbabwe Harare.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Zimbabwe Harare market, exchange rate fluctuations, or regulatory adjustments by ZIMRA.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period. • The Customs Officer assigned under this engagement shall hold a valid ZIMRA-issued Customs Broker's License and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in customs clearance operations within Zimbabwe Harare. A copy of the officer's credentials shall be provided to the client prior to commencement of services.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
• Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this engagement through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
