This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, all denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and payable via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Analytics & Consulting Ltd.:
- 30% Advance Payment (CNY 399,631): Due within five (5) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Mid-Contract Payment (CNY 532,841): Due upon completion of the sixth (6th) month of the Data Scientist's engagement in China Guangzhou.
- 30% Final Payment (CNY 399,630): Due within ten (10) business days of the successful completion of the twelve-month contract term and delivery of all final documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Data Scientist's engagement is governed by the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. All employment terms, including working hours, leave entitlements, and termination clauses, shall comply with the regulations applicable in China Guangzhou.
- All intellectual property, models, algorithms, and analytical outputs produced by the Data Scientist during the contract term shall be the exclusive property of the client, as stipulated in a separate Non-Disclosure and IP Assignment Agreement.
- The client agrees to provide the Data Scientist with a suitable, secure workspace at the designated China Guangzhou office location, including access to all necessary data repositories and systems.
- Any scope changes, additional deliverables, or extensions beyond the twelve-month period will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Meridian Analytics & Consulting Ltd.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon execution, it becomes a legally enforceable agreement under PRC law.
