5. Payment Terms
- 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon contract signature (147,348.00 EUR).
- Remaining 70% shall be invoiced quarterly in arrears over the 36-month engagement period.
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the Alpine Analytics Consulting SARL account in France Lyon.

6. Terms and Conditions
