1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Analytics & Intelligence Solutions SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional services of a senior Data Scientist to be deployed at the client's premises in France Paris. This document outlines the scope of work, deliverables, applicable fees, and commercial terms governing the engagement. All pricing is expressed in Euros (EUR) and is subject to the French value-added tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 20%, unless otherwise stated.
2. Scope of Services – Data Scientist RoleThe Data Scientist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core activities while operating out of the client's office in France Paris:
- Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conducting exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and predictive modelling using Python, R, and SQL.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account specified by Analytics & Intelligence Solutions SARL. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce).
4.3 Working Location: The Data Scientist shall perform all duties at the client's designated office in France Paris. Any change of location within the Île-de-France region requires written mutual agreement.
4.4 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, algorithms, and business strategies encountered during the Data Scientist engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement.
4.5 Intellectual Property: All models, code, datasets, and documentation produced by the Data Scientist during the term of this Quotation Estimate shall be the exclusive property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
4.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in France Paris.
5. Acceptance and SignaturesBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Data Scientist engagement in France Paris.
