In accordance with this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Data Scientist services will be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. Each invoice will be issued on the last working day of the respective calendar month and is payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Apex Analytics Consulting GmbH, Berlin, Germany. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in the Germany Berlin technology sector.
- The Data Scientist assigned to this engagement will be a qualified professional with a minimum of seven years of experience in machine learning, statistical modelling, and data engineering, and will be based in or regularly commuting to Germany Berlin.
- All intellectual property created by the Data Scientist during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of the definitive service agreement.
