The Data Scientist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following activities while based in or serving the Germany Frankfurt office:

• Design, development, and deployment of predictive analytics models and machine learning pipelines tailored to the client's business objectives.
• End-to-end data engineering tasks including data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering from structured and unstructured sources.
• Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B experimentation to drive data-informed decision-making within the Germany Frankfurt operations.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, finance) to translate business problems into quantifiable analytical solutions.
• Development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and automated monitoring systems using tools such as Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge transfer, mentoring of junior analysts, and documentation of all models and methodologies for long-term maintainability.

The following rates apply to the Data Scientist engagement as detailed in this Quotation Estimate for the Germany Frankfurt market:

All rates are exclusive of 19% German Value Added Tax (VAT / Umsatzsteuer), which will be added to the final invoice in accordance with German tax regulations. The Quotation Estimate assumes a standard 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday) for the Data Scientist role.

The initial engagement period for the Data Scientist under this Quotation Estimate is set at three (3) months, commencing on the date of mutual written acceptance. The engagement may be extended in one-month increments upon mutual agreement. The Data Scientist will be based primarily at the client's premises in Germany Frankfurt, with the option of up to two remote working days per week subject to client approval. All work will be conducted in compliance with German labor law (Arbeitszeitgesetz) and applicable collective agreements.

• Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis by the 5th business day following the end of each calendar month.
• Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice receipt (Zahlungsziel: 14 Tage).
• Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

• All intellectual property, models, code, and documentation created during the engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.

• Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all work completed up to the termination date shall be invoiced.
