This Quotation Estimate is prepared for the professional engagement of a senior Data Scientist to be deployed at the client's operational headquarters in Ghana Accra. The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytical models, machine learning pipelines, and predictive systems that will support the client's financial risk assessment, customer segmentation, and operational optimization initiatives across the West African market.
The Data Scientist will operate on-site at the client's premises in Ghana Accra for a minimum of four (4) days per week, with the remaining time allocated to remote collaboration, model training, and documentation. The engagement period is twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 August 2025, with the option to extend for an additional six (6) months subject to mutual agreement.

All amounts are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS). The equivalent in US Dollars at the prevailing Bank of Ghana rate on the date of invoice issuance will be stated on the final invoice. This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party data acquisition costs, which will be billed separately upon client approval.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of Milestone M3, and 30% upon final handover at Milestone M5. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Data Scientist shall comply with all data protection regulations under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana and the Ghana Data Protection Commission guidelines.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during this engagement shall vest in WAFSG upon full payment. Pre-existing tools and methodologies of the Data Scientist remain the property of Accra Tech Solutions Ltd.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for work completed up to the termination date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
- Accra Tech Solutions Ltd. shall provide a replacement Data Scientist of equivalent or higher seniority within ten (10) business days should the primary Data Scientist become unavailable.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards expected in the Ghana Accra technology sector, and the Data Scientist shall attend bi-weekly progress meetings at the client's office in Ghana Accra.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the Data Scientist engagement in Ghana Accra.
