This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechBridge Consulting Pvt. Ltd. to formally propose the engagement of a qualified Data Scientist for deployment at the client's operational base in India Bangalore. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, deliverables, resource profile, pricing structure, and commercial terms governing the proposed engagement. All rates, timelines, and conditions stated herein are binding upon mutual acceptance and execution of the associated Service Agreement.
The Data Scientist proposed under this Quotation Estimate will be based in India Bangalore, leveraging the city's established ecosystem of technology talent, research institutions, and enterprise infrastructure to deliver high-impact analytical solutions for the client's business objectives.
The Data Scientist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following core responsibilities while operating out of India Bangalore:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, statistical analysis pipelines, and predictive analytics frameworks tailored to the client's domain requirements.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data quality assessments on structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or custom Python-based interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business intelligence units located in India Bangalore and other client sites.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) solutions, deep learning architectures, and time-series forecasting models as required by project milestones.
- Provide technical documentation, model governance reports, and periodic performance reviews to the client's project management office.

This Quotation Estimate for the Data Scientist role in India Bangalore is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market adjustments, currency fluctuations, or changes in applicable tax regulations in Karnataka, India.
- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis, within 30 days of invoice receipt.
- A mobilization advance of 25% of the first month's fee may be requested upon contract execution.
- All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account designated by TechBridge Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, India.
- Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month or the rate prescribed under the Interest Act, 1978, whichever is higher.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- The Data Scientist shall adhere to the client's information security policies, data privacy protocols, and intellectual property guidelines applicable in India Bangalore and under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Any deliverables, models, code, and documentation produced during the engagement shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, pro-rata charges for the completed portion of the month shall apply.
- The Data Scientist shall not be engaged in any concurrent employment or consulting arrangement that creates a conflict of interest with the client's operations in India Bangalore.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or infrastructure failures in India Bangalore, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations for the duration of such events.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
