As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Data Scientist services shall be made on a monthly basis, due within 15 days of invoice issuance. The first invoice will cover the onboarding fee and the first month's retainer. Subsequent invoices will be issued on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month. All payments are to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account designated by Analytics & Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per standard commercial practice in India Mumbai.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Data Scientist role may be revised to reflect market changes in India Mumbai.
- The Data Scientist shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property (IP) assignment agreement prior to commencing work.
- Any scope changes beyond the defined responsibilities will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent.
- Termination by either party requires 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- All data processed by the Data Scientist shall remain the exclusive property of the client. No data shall be stored on personal devices or transferred outside the India Mumbai operational perimeter without explicit written authorization.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- The Data Scientist is expected to maintain a minimum availability of 95% during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST) as per the India Mumbai work schedule.
