4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Iran Tehran.
All pricing in this document is quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment shall be processed through approved international banking channels or via local Iranian banking instruments as mutually agreed upon, subject to applicable sanctions and regulatory compliance in Iran Tehran.
The Data Scientist engagement is structured as a twelve-month retainer. Early termination by the client shall incur a penalty equal to 15% of the remaining contract value.
