Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. The first instalment of 25% is due upon project commencement in Italy Naples. Subsequent quarterly payments of 25% each are due at the end of Months 3, 6, 9, and 12. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 296/2006).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Italy Naples.
The Data Scientist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary algorithms, and business information encountered during the engagement in Italy Naples.
Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
