This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, the client shall provide a written confirmation, and a mobilization payment of twenty percent (20%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due within ten (10) business days. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. All payments are subject to the applicable tax regulations in Ivory Coast, including the Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutée (TVA) at the prevailing rate of 18%, which shall be added to the amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate where applicable.

The Data Scientist engagement is governed by the labor laws of the Republic of Ivory Coast. The service provider shall be responsible for the Data Scientist's social security contributions (CNSS) and any applicable employer levies as mandated by the Abidjan labor authority. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order and may result in an adjusted Quotation Estimate.
