- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates and availability of the Data Scientist may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the Machine Learning Model Development phase (Item 3), and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all deliverables in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- All payments shall be made in Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Data Analytics Solutions LLP, Almaty, Kazakhstan. International wire transfers are accepted with a 2% surcharge for currency conversion.
- The Data Scientist shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including but not limited to the Law on Personal Data, the Law on Information and Information Protection, and relevant tax obligations.
- Intellectual property: All models, code, documentation, and analytical outputs produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Data Scientist retains the right to reference the project in anonymized portfolio materials.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all data, business strategies, and proprietary information exchanged during the project term, as governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to commencement.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or infrastructure failures affecting the Kazakhstan Almaty region.
