This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nexus Analytics Solutions W.L.L. to Al Rayan Financial Group S.A.K. for the professional engagement of a qualified Data Scientist to be deployed and operational within Kuwait, Kuwait City. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, transparent, and itemized financial estimate covering all costs associated with the recruitment, onboarding, and sustained professional services of the Data Scientist over the agreed contract period. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and reflects current market rates applicable to the Kuwait, Kuwait City professional services sector as of the date of issue.
The Data Scientist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while based in Kuwait, Kuwait City:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for credit risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation tailored to the financial services industry in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on structured and unstructured datasets exceeding 500 GB, utilizing Python, R, SQL, and advanced statistical frameworks.
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Apache Spark, Hadoop, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure) hosted in compliance with Kuwait's data sovereignty regulations.
- Develop natural language processing (NLP) solutions for Arabic and English text analytics, including sentiment analysis of customer feedback and regulatory document processing.
- Collaborate with the client's internal IT, compliance, and business intelligence teams located in Kuwait, Kuwait City to ensure seamless integration of analytical outputs into existing enterprise systems.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly analytical reports, dashboards (Power BI / Tableau), and strategic recommendations to senior management in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Ensure full compliance with the Kuwait Central Bank (CBK) data governance standards and the Kuwait Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2016).
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the establishment of a long-term data science capability within the client organization in Kuwait, Kuwait City.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the designated account of Nexus Analytics Solutions W.L.L., Kuwait City. The first installment shall be due within 15 business days of the signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A 2% late-payment penalty shall apply to any overdue invoices, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law. All amounts are exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Kuwait's tax regulations.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
5.2 The Data Scientist shall be engaged on a full-time basis (48 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday) and shall report to the client's designated project lead in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
5.3 All intellectual property, models, code, and analytical outputs produced by the Data Scientist during the engagement period shall be the exclusive property of the client, Al Rayan Financial Group S.A.K.
5.4 Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused fees shall be calculated and issued within 30 days.
5.5 The Data Scientist shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the engagement, in compliance with Kuwaiti labor and commercial law.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and adjudicated by the competent courts in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
5.7 Nexus Analytics Solutions W.L.L. reserves the right to substitute the Data Scientist with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to the client's written approval, should the originally assigned professional become unavailable due to force majeure or personal circumstances.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial figures set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Data Scientist in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
