The Data Scientist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities, all conducted primarily from our Kathmandu office or the client's premises in Nepal Kathmandu:
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Designing and implementing pipelines to collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources relevant to the client's industry sector in Nepal.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments via bank transfer to the account of AnalyticsBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Nepal:
- 30% Advance: Due upon signing of the service agreement (NPR 1,077,377).
- 40% Milestone: Due upon completion of Phase 2 (model development and validation) (NPR 1,436,502).
- 30% Final: Due upon project closure and final deliverable handover (NPR 1,077,376).
All payments are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per standard commercial practice in Nepal.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Nepal Kathmandu labor and technology market.
- The Data Scientist assigned to this engagement shall be a senior professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
- All work shall be performed in compliance with Nepal's Information Technology Act, 2008, and the Personal Data Protection regulations issued by the Nepal government.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of AnalyticsBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such cases, payment shall be made pro-rata for work completed up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) incorporating the terms herein.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Data Scientist services in Nepal Kathmandu and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document.
