This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory delivery verification by the Nigeria Abuja client team:

Milestone 1 (30%): Upon contract execution and commencement of the Data Scientist engagement – NGN 31,605,000
Milestone 2 (25%): Upon delivery of the first two (2) predictive models and initial dashboard – NGN 26,337,500
Milestone 3 (25%): Upon completion of the NLP pipeline and mid-project review – NGN 26,337,500
Milestone 4 (20%): Upon final delivery, documentation handover, and acceptance sign-off – NGN 21,070,000

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Nigeria Abuja professional services sector.

5.2 The Data Scientist shall operate under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and shall treat all Ministry data, financial records, and proprietary information as strictly confidential in accordance with Nigerian law.

5.3 All deliverables shall be subject to a fourteen (14) business-day review period by the client. Revisions within the original scope shall be accommodated at no additional cost.

5.4 The Data Scientist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NGN 50,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in Nigeria Abuja.

5.5 Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Abuja.

5.6 The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, the Data Scientist shall be compensated for all work completed and accepted up to the date of termination.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Data Scientist in Nigeria Abuja. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes Apex Analytics & Intelligence Solutions Ltd. to proceed with the project as described.
