4.1 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of core Data Scientist deliverables (Items 01–04), and 30% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments are due within 15 business days of invoice issuance and shall be remitted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) to the designated bank account in Riyadh.
4.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, resource availability, and any changes in Saudi Arabia's regulatory landscape.
4.3 Data Confidentiality: All data processed, stored, or transmitted during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Data Scientist team and all subcontractors are bound by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall comply with the Saudi PDPL and SDAIA data protection mandates. No data shall be transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without explicit written consent.
4.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all custom models, code, documentation, and analytical frameworks developed under this engagement shall be the sole intellectual property of the client. The service provider retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymized case studies, subject to client approval.
4.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or changes in Saudi Arabian law or regulation.
