This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contractual obligation until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Data Scientist assigned to this project will operate from our Madrid office and will provide the following services over the agreed engagement period:

• Data Acquisition & Engineering: Design and implementation of data pipelines to collect, clean, transform, and store structured and unstructured data from multiple sources relevant to the client's business operations in the Spain Madrid market.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): In-depth statistical analysis, visualisation, and pattern identification to uncover actionable business insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Predictive Modelling & Machine Learning: Development, training, validation, and deployment of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models tailored to the client's specific use cases, including but not limited to demand forecasting, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and anomaly detection.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implementation of NLP solutions for text analytics, sentiment analysis, and automated classification of documents in both Spanish and English, reflecting the bilingual nature of the Spain Madrid business environment.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Creation of interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems using industry-standard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) instalments via bank transfer to the account of DataBridge Analytics S.L., Madrid, Spain:

• Instalment 1 (40%): €16,562.48 — Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff.
• Instalment 2 (40%): €16,562.48 — Due upon delivery of the core machine learning models and dashboard systems (mid-project milestone).
• Instalment 3 (20%): €8,281.24 — Due upon final acceptance of all deliverables and completion of knowledge transfer sessions.

All invoices will be issued in accordance with Spanish fiscal regulations (Ley 58/2003 General Tax Law). Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Ministry of Economy.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Spain Madrid technology sector.
2. The Data Scientist assigned to this project will be a senior professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modelling, and will be based in Madrid, Spain for the duration of the engagement.
3. All work product, including but not limited to code, models, documentation, and dashboards, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
4. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality. All data processed by the Data Scientist will be handled in full compliance with the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed prior to any data access.
5. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order, signed by both parties, with a corresponding adjustment to the total cost.
6. This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
7. The Data Scientist will provide weekly progress reports and bi-weekly status meetings (in-person in Madrid or via video conference) to ensure full transparency and alignment with the client's objectives.
