Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of Nexus Analytics Solutions S.L. The first payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Data Scientist candidate and initiate the onboarding process in Spain Valencia. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Spain Valencia.
The Data Scientist engagement is governed by the Spanish Labour Code (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) and applicable regional regulations of the Comunitat Valenciana.
Confidentiality and intellectual property rights are protected under a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
Either party may terminate the contract with a thirty (30) day written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata fee for the Data Scientist services rendered will be invoiced.

Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
