This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Atlantic Analytics Solutions LLC to provide a comprehensive pricing and scope document for the engagement of a senior Data Scientist to support the client's analytical and machine learning initiatives. The proposed Data Scientist will be physically based in United States Miami, ensuring direct collaboration with the client's local team, alignment with the regional business environment, and full compliance with all applicable Florida state and federal employment regulations. This Quotation Estimate outlines all deliverables, hourly and monthly rates, project milestones, and the terms governing the professional relationship between both parties.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following core responsibilities while operating out of the United States Miami office or the client's designated workspace in the Miami metropolitan area:

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive analytics models and machine learning pipelines tailored to the client's industry vertical.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on structured and unstructured datasets, generating actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain natural language processing (NLP) solutions for client-facing applications.
• Develop and optimize A/B testing frameworks to support product and marketing strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams located in United States Miami to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Ensure all data handling practices comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and applicable U.S. federal data privacy regulations.
• Present quarterly findings and model performance reports to senior leadership in the United States Miami headquarters.

* All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable Florida state sales tax and Miami-Dade County surcharges, if any, will be added to the final invoice as required by local tax law in United States Miami.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a Net-30 basis from the date of invoice issuance. The client agrees to remit payment via ACH transfer or wire to the bank account designated by Atlantic Analytics Solutions LLC. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any outstanding balances exceeding the Net-30 window. The initial one-time kickoff fee (Line Item 1.5) is due within 10 business days of contract execution. All recurring monthly fees are due on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month. The Data Scientist engagement is billed in full monthly increments; partial-month billing will be prorated only upon early termination as outlined in Section 6.

Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with a written thirty (30) day notice. Upon termination, the client shall be responsible for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. The Data Scientist will provide a full handover of all work-in-progress deliverables, documentation, and access credentials within fifteen (15) business days of the termination notice. No penalty fees apply for early termination beyond the 30-day notice period.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms acceptance of all terms, rates, and scope of services described herein, and authorizes Atlantic Analytics Solutions LLC to commence the Data Scientist engagement in United States Miami effective the date specified in the executed master services agreement.
