This Quotation Estimate is issued by ProData Analytics Solutions LLP in response to the formal request from Tashkent Digital Infrastructure JSC for the engagement of a senior Data Scientist to support advanced analytics, machine learning model development, and predictive data pipeline architecture within the Uzbekistan Tashkent metropolitan region. This document outlines the full scope of professional services, associated costs, delivery timelines, and contractual terms governing the proposed engagement. All pricing presented in this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Uzbek Som (UZS) and reflects current market rates applicable to the Uzbekistan Tashkent technology sector as of the date of issue.
The proposed Data Scientist will be embedded within the client's Tashkent operations center and will deliver the following core competencies over the contracted period:
- Design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and customer segmentation tailored to the Uzbekistan Tashkent market context.
- Construction and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines ingesting structured and unstructured data from municipal, commercial, and telecommunications sources across Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify actionable business insights for senior leadership.
- Development of natural language processing (NLP) solutions for processing Uzbek-language and Russian-language textual data relevant to local regulatory and customer service operations.
- Creation of interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks using Python, R, and modern visualization libraries.
- Mentorship and knowledge transfer to the in-house analytics team based in Tashkent to ensure long-term capability building.
- Compliance with all data protection regulations applicable in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law on Personal Data Protection and relevant national cybersecurity standards.

As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (315,840,000 UZS) upon execution of the service agreement and receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate acceptance form.
- 40% milestone payment (421,120,000 UZS) upon successful delivery and client sign-off of the machine learning models and data pipeline architecture (Items 02 and 03).
- 30% final payment (315,840,000 UZS) upon completion of all remaining deliverables, final knowledge transfer sessions, and issuance of the project completion certificate.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of ProData Analytics Solutions LLP, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.5% per calendar day as permitted under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Uzbekistan Tashkent technology labor market.
- The Data Scientist engaged under this agreement shall work full-time at the client's designated office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
- All intellectual property, models, code, documentation, and analytical outputs produced during the engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, business strategies, and technical information exchanged during the course of this project, in accordance with Uzbekistan's commercial secrecy legislation.
- The Data Scientist shall comply with all applicable labor laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and relevant tax withholding obligations.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive Service Level Agreement (SLA).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Data Scientist in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
