- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in material costs and exchange rates applicable in Turkey, Istanbul.
- All dental procedures listed in this estimate will be performed by a licensed Dentist or a specialist under the direct supervision of the lead Dentist at Bosphorus Dental Clinic, Istanbul, Turkey. The patient's consent is required prior to each procedure.
- A deposit of 40% of the Grand Total (25,296 TRY) is required to confirm the treatment schedule and reserve the Dentist's appointment slots. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final procedure.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (IBAN: TR33 0006 4000 0011 2345 6789 01), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), or cash at the clinic reception in Istanbul, Turkey. No additional card processing fees apply.
- All zirconia crowns, composite restorations, and endodontic treatments carry a warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final cementation or completion, provided the patient adheres to the aftercare instructions issued by the Dentist.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include airfare, hotel accommodation, or local transportation in Istanbul, Turkey. However, our International Patient Coordinator will assist with recommended lodging near the clinic at no additional charge.
- In the event of unforeseen clinical findings during treatment (e.g., additional caries, periapical pathology), the Dentist will notify the patient immediately, and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued before any additional work commences.
- All patient records, radiographs, and treatment documentation are maintained in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international patients.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is prepared exclusively for the named patient. It does not constitute a binding contract until the deposit is received and the patient signs the acceptance form.
