- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Argentine economic context, including inflationary adjustments permitted under local commercial regulations.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a licensed and registered Dietitian in accordance with the professional standards established by the Colegio de Nutricionistas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and the national health regulations of Argentina.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total amount upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the final service session. Payment may be made via bank transfer (CBU/CVU), credit/debit card, or cash at the Buenos Aires office.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of Dietitian appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the session cost.
- The Dietitian reserves the right to refer the client to a medical specialist (endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, or other) if the nutritional assessment reveals conditions requiring additional medical intervention beyond the scope of dietetics practice in Argentina.
- All personal health information collected during the provision of Dietitian services will be handled in strict confidentiality in compliance with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales) of Argentina.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via email, signed copy, or electronic signature through the AFIP-certified platform.
- Any disputes arising from the execution of services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the civil and commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
