All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Australian Taxation Office regulations. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs and is not a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client.
- All Dietitian services will be delivered in accordance with the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme (NRAS) and the Code of Ethics of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Quotation Estimate or at the time of the initial consultation, whichever is earlier. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and EFTPOS.
- Cancellations must be provided at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled Dietitian consultation rate.
- All client information and dietary records are protected under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your Dietitian in Australia Melbourne will maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- This Quotation Estimate may be subject to revision if the scope of Dietitian services changes following the initial assessment. Any material changes will be communicated in writing via an updated Quotation Estimate before additional charges are applied.
