- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Dietitian service fees listed herein may be subject to revision based on current Belgian healthcare pricing guidelines.
- All prices quoted in this document are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Belgian Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 21%, unless a reduced rate applies under Belgian tax law for specific healthcare services.
- The Dietitian services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed exclusively within the Belgium Brussels jurisdiction. Should the client require services outside the Brussels-Capital Region, additional travel fees may apply and will be communicated in writing prior to the appointment.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Quotation Estimate or upon completion of the final service session, whichever is later. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the Brussels Nutrition & Wellness Centre account (IBAN: BE00 0000 0000 0000) or by credit card.
- Cancellations of scheduled Dietitian appointments must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Dietitian reserves the right to decline or modify services if the client's medical condition falls outside the scope of registered dietetic practice in Belgium.
- All personal health data processed during the Dietitian consultations will be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data protection legislation.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Belgium and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium Brussels.
- The Dietitian is a registered professional and all services are covered by professional liability insurance held by Brussels Nutrition & Wellness Centre, in accordance with Belgian professional practice regulations.
