2. SCOPE OF DIETITIAN SERVICESThis Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Dietitian, registered with the Regional Council of Nutritionists (CRN-3) of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to provide comprehensive nutritional assessment, dietary planning, and ongoing clinical nutrition support. All services described herein are to be delivered in accordance with the professional standards established by the Brazilian Federal Council of Nutrition (CFN) and applicable municipal health regulations of the City of Rio de Janeiro. The Dietitian will conduct all consultations at the professional office located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, or via secure telehealth platform as agreed upon by both parties.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Payment shall be made in Brazilian Reais (BRL) via bank transfer (TED/PIX), credit card, or cash at the Dietitian's office in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the initial appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final session or delivery of the written report.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Brazilian federal and state (Rio de Janeiro) tax regulations. An official invoice (Nota Fiscal) will be issued for each payment transaction.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session value.
- The Dietitian reserves the right to decline or modify services if the client's condition falls outside the scope of nutritional practice as defined by the CFN in Brazil.
The Dietitian named in this Quotation Estimate operates in full compliance with the professional regulations of the Conselho Federal de Nutricionistas (CFN) and the Conselho Regional de Nutricionistas — 3º Região (CRN-3), which governs the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. All services are covered by professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidade Profissional) with a coverage limit of R$ 500.000,00. The Dietitian commits to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client health information in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13.709/2018).
