The following Dietitian services are proposed for delivery at the client's designated location within China Guangzhou, including but not limited to the Tianhe, Yuexiu, Haizhu, and Liwan districts. Each service is performed by a licensed and registered Dietitian holding a valid National Registered Dietitian (NRD) credential recognized by the Chinese Nutrition Society and the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices for Dietitian services in China Guangzhou are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and regulatory changes.
• Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal installments: 30% at the midpoint of the service period and 30% upon completion. All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the account designated by Guangzhou NutriCare Professional Services Ltd.
• Service Location: All Dietitian consultations, workshops, and on-site services will be conducted within the administrative boundaries of China Guangzhou (Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province). Travel to locations outside Guangzhou City will be quoted separately.
• Professional Standards: All Dietitian professionals assigned to this engagement will comply with the Chinese Nutrition Society Code of Ethics, the Guangdong Provincial Regulations on Clinical Nutrition Services, and applicable national health and safety standards.
• Confidentiality: All client health data, dietary records, and personal information collected during Dietitian sessions in China Guangzhou shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL, effective 1 November 2021).
• Revisions and Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of Dietitian services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional services will be billed at the unit rates specified herein or at mutually agreed rates.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, government-mandated lockdowns in China Guangzhou, natural disasters, or regulatory changes affecting Dietitian practice.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules of procedure.
• Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding service agreement upon written acceptance by the client and countersignature by an authorized representative of Guangzhou NutriCare Professional Services Ltd.
