- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on updated service rates in the France Lyon region.
- All services are to be delivered by a qualified and registered Dietitian holding a valid ADELI registration number and professional liability insurance compliant with French health regulations applicable in France Lyon.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the date of this Quotation Estimate. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (virement bancaire), credit/debit card, and cheque. Invoicing will be issued in accordance with French fiscal regulations.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your appointment slots with the Dietitian. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final session.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 75% of the session fee as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- All dietary plans, assessments, and consultation notes remain the intellectual property of the Dietitian and NutriCare Lyon. Clients receive a personal copy for their records but may not redistribute the materials without written consent.
- Confidentiality of all health information is guaranteed in full compliance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is stored securely within France Lyon facilities.
