1. Validity of Quotation: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, fees may be subject to revision based on updated service rates in France Paris.
2. Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% (€446.40 TTC) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure your initial appointment with the Dietitian. The remaining balance of 70% (€1,041.60 TTC) shall be payable in two equal instalments: the first due at the completion of the third month, and the second due upon receipt of the final written progress report.
3. Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or in person at our clinic in France Paris. All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR).
4. Cancellation Policy: Appointments with the Dietitian may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection: All personal health information shared during consultations with the Dietitian is protected under the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will be stored securely at our clinic in France Paris and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent.
6. Scope of Practice: The Dietitian provides nutritional counselling, dietary planning, and lifestyle guidance. This service does not constitute medical treatment. In cases where a medical condition requires pharmacological intervention, the Dietitian will refer you to your attending physician in France Paris.
7. Insurance & Reimbursement: Please note that consultations with a private Dietitian in France Paris are not covered by the standard French social security system (Sécurité Sociale) unless prescribed by a physician for specific pathologies (e.g., diabetes, obesity, renal disease).
