2. Scope of Dietitian Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Berlin Nutrition & Dietetics Center to provide comprehensive professional Dietitian services within the city of Berlin, Germany. 4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Berlin, Germany.
- All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of the applicable German Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer) at the standard rate of 19%, unless otherwise stated.
- The Dietitian services described herein shall be performed by a registered and certified Dietitian (Ernährungsfachkraft) who is a member of the German Society for Nutrition (DGE) and holds a valid professional license issued by the relevant Berlin health authority.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under German commercial law (HGB § 288).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any Dietitian services are commenced.
- All services shall be delivered at the client's facility in Berlin, Germany, or at the Berlin Nutrition & Dietetics Center premises, as mutually agreed upon in the final contract.
- Confidentiality: All patient data and nutritional records shall be handled in strict compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of 30 days. Services already rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
- The Dietitian reserves the right to refer complex cases to specialized medical nutrition therapists or other healthcare providers in Berlin, with prior written consent from the client.
5. Additional Notes
Note: This Quotation Estimate for Dietitian services in Berlin, Germany assumes standard operating hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET). Services required outside these hours or on public holidays in the state of Berlin will be subject to a 25% surcharge. All nutritional recommendations will be aligned with the current DGE dietary guidelines and the German National Nutrition Guidelines (Nationale Verzehrempfehlungen).
