Terms and Conditions
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and service availability are subject to revision by the Frankfurt Nutrition & Wellness Center.
2. All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a licensed and registered Dietitian who holds a recognised qualification in nutrition science (Diplom-Oekotrophologin or equivalent) and is a member of the German Association of Dietitians (DGE).
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Invoices will be issued in Euro (EUR) and are payable via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate under German commercial law (HGB § 288).
4. The Dietitian reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice. Cancellations by the client within 24 hours of a scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
5. All nutritional advice and dietary plans provided by the Dietitian are for informational and wellness purposes and do not constitute a substitute for medical treatment. In cases of acute medical conditions, the Dietitian will refer the client to the appropriate physician in Germany Frankfurt.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
7. The client's personal health data and dietary information will be processed in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties upon acceptance of this estimate.
