This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Wellness & Nutrition Consultancy to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for professional Dietitian services to be delivered within the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The scope of work outlined herein covers a twelve-month (12-month) nutritional management programme tailored to the Asante family, encompassing clinical dietetic assessment, personalised meal planning, ongoing monitoring, and community nutrition education sessions. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for a qualified Dietitian operating in Ghana Accra as of June 2025 and is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
The registered Dietitian, Ms. Efua Mensah, will provide the following services throughout the engagement period. Each service is designed to meet the standards set by the Ghana Dietetic Association and the Food and Drugs Authority of Ghana (FDA-Ghana).

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, the Dietitian reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in the Ghanaian economic environment, fuel costs, or professional fee adjustments.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 30% (GHS 12,368.25) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in four equal quarterly instalments of GHS 7,213.31 each, due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October 2025.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the consultancy's designated account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra branch, or by certified cheque payable to "Accra Wellness & Nutrition Consultancy Ltd."
- Scope Changes: Any additional services beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate, including but not limited to extended hospital visits, specialised therapeutic diets, or additional family members, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Dietitian prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality: The Dietitian and all staff of Accra Wellness & Nutrition Consultancy shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client health information in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
- Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early cancellation by the client, fees for services already rendered and the initial deposit shall be non-refundable.
- Professional Standards: The Dietitian shall adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Ghana Dietetic Association and shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance throughout the duration of this engagement.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Dietitian services in Ghana Accra and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document. The engagement shall commence upon receipt of the initial deposit and written confirmation from the Dietitian's office.
