Thank you for your interest in our professional Dietitian services. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the scope of work, deliverables, and associated costs for the comprehensive nutritional counselling and dietary management programme that our registered Dietitian will provide to you and your family. All services will be delivered in and around New Delhi, India, in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
The following Dietitian services are included in this Quotation Estimate. Each session and deliverable has been tailored to meet the specific nutritional requirements of the client residing in New Delhi, India, taking into account local dietary patterns, seasonal food availability, and cultural food preferences prevalent in the National Capital Region (NCR).

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule. Payment may be made via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or bank transfer to the account of our Dietitian practice registered in New Delhi, India:
- 50% Advance (₹ 15,340) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the booking.
- 25% Milestone (₹ 7,670) – Due after completion of the 4th follow-up session.
- 25% Balance (₹ 7,670) – Due upon completion of the final 8th session and delivery of the comprehensive report.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to changes in service costs or regulatory updates in India.
- All Dietitian services will be conducted by a registered and certified Dietitian holding a valid membership with the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) and a recognised degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from an institution approved by the Government of India.
- The Dietitian will conduct all in-person consultations at our clinic located in Connaught Place, New Delhi, India, or at the client's residence within a 15 km radius of central New Delhi, at no additional travel charge.
- Rescheduling of any Dietitian consultation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- The dietary plans and recommendations provided by the Dietitian are advisory in nature and do not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment. The client is advised to consult their primary physician for any underlying medical conditions.
- All personal health data shared during the Dietitian consultation will be treated with strict confidentiality in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, of India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of dietary supplements, special medical foods, or laboratory tests, which will be billed separately at prevailing market rates in New Delhi.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written estimate approved by both parties.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Dietitian services to be delivered in New Delhi, India.
