- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Tehran, Iran.
- All Dietitian services described herein will be performed by a licensed, board-certified Dietitian registered with the Iranian Dietetic Association and the Tehran Provincial Health Authority.
- The client agrees to attend all scheduled follow-up sessions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the Quotation Estimate acceptance. A 50% deposit is required to secure the initial assessment appointment.
- All personal health data and dietary records will be handled in strict compliance with Iran's national data protection regulations and the ethical code of the Iranian Dietetic Association.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis. The Dietitian will coordinate with the client's primary physician in Tehran for any conditions requiring concurrent medical management.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this document will require a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- All services are subject to the operational hours of the Tehran clinic: Saturday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Iran Standard Time, UTC+3:30).
Payment may be made via bank transfer to the Tehran Nutritional Wellness Center account (Bank Melli, Tehran Branch – IBAN: IR00 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 00) or through approved electronic payment platforms registered in Iran. A formal receipt will be issued for every transaction in accordance with Iranian tax and accounting regulations.
