- Payment is due within 14 days of the Quotation Estimate acceptance date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Israeli banks), credit/debit card, and cash at the Jerusalem office.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the initial appointment with the Dietitian. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service package.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session price.
- All personal health data collected by the Dietitian is protected under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Israeli Medical Records Law.
- The Dietitian in Israel Jerusalem reserves the right to refer the client to a physician or specialist if the nutritional assessment reveals conditions beyond the scope of dietetic practice.
- Services are provided in Hebrew and English. Interpretation in other languages may be arranged at an additional cost of ₪150 per session.
