Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- 40% deposit (€ 814.96) due upon written acceptance of this estimate, prior to the initial assessment session.
- 30% instalment (€ 611.22) due at the conclusion of Week 4 of the programme.
- 30% final balance (€ 611.22) due upon completion of the full 8-week Dietitian programme.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the IBAN provided on the final invoice, or credit/debit card at the Milan practice office. All payments are subject to the standard Italian fiscal regulations. A formal invoice (fattura elettronica) will be issued in accordance with the Italian electronic invoicing system (SdI) within 5 business days of each payment milestone.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in service costs or regulatory updates in Italy Milan.
- All Dietitian services are provided in strict compliance with the Italian professional code of conduct (Codice Deontologico) and the regulations of the Ordine dei Biologi della Lombardia.
- The client agrees to provide accurate medical history, current medication lists, and relevant laboratory results prior to the initial assessment. Failure to do so may result in additional consultation fees.
- Appointments must be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- The Dietitian does not prescribe pharmacological treatments. In cases where medical intervention is deemed necessary, the client will be referred to their attending physician in Milan or elsewhere in Italy.
- All personal health data processed during the engagement are handled in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
- This estimate does not include the cost of laboratory blood tests, imaging, or third-party medical examinations, which will be billed separately by the respective healthcare provider.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope defined herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement.
