- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Dietitian services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month service period.
- All Dietitian consultations and workshops will be conducted at the client's premises in Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel within the Nairobi metropolitan area is included; travel to locations outside Nairobi (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu) will be billed separately.
- The Dietitian services described herein comply with the Kenya Nursing and Midwifery Council (KNMC) guidelines and the Kenya Food and Drugs Authority (KFDA) regulations governing nutritional practice in Kenya.
- Client data, including dietary records and health information collected during Dietitian assessments, shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment and a supplementary quotation before commencement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorised representative of the client.
