The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, associated costs, payment terms, and conditions governing the engagement of our licensed Dietitian for the client's nutritional health program. All pricing is quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and is subject to the standard Value Added Tax (IVA) of 16% as mandated by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) of Mexico.
The following services are provided by our certified Dietitian and are tailored to the specific nutritional needs of the client. All consultations and follow-up sessions will be conducted at our clinical office located in the Cuauhtémoc district of Mexico Mexico City, or alternatively at the client's designated premises within the Mexico City metropolitan area, as agreed upon in writing.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and availability of the Dietitian must be reconfirmed in writing.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal monthly installments, due on the 1st of each subsequent month. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the NutriVida Consultores S.A. de C.V. account at BBVA México, or by certified check payable to the company name.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel any individual session with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Cancellation of the entire program after the initial assessment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3.4 Professional Standards: The Dietitian assigned to this engagement is a licensed and registered nutrition professional in compliance with the regulations of the Secretaría de Salud of Mexico and the Colegio de Nutriólogos de México. All dietary recommendations will be evidence-based and culturally adapted to the food environment of Mexico Mexico City.
3.5 Confidentiality: All personal health information, dietary records, and clinical data shared during the engagement are subject to strict confidentiality in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexico's Federal Data Protection Law).
3.6 Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the State of Mexico and the Federal District. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico Mexico City.
3.7 Scope Limitation: The services described herein are for nutritional counseling and dietary management only. The Dietitian does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe pharmaceutical medications, or replace the services of a licensed physician. In cases where medical intervention is required, the client will be referred to an appropriate medical specialist in Mexico Mexico City.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Dietitian services in Mexico Mexico City. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
