- A deposit of 30% (MAD 3,888.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the client's appointment schedule with the Dietitian.
- The remaining 70% (MAD 9,072.00) shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the programme (after session 3) and 50% upon completion of the final report.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (CIH, Attijariwafa, BMCE), cash at the clinic, or credit/debit card. All transactions are processed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
- Late payments exceeding 15 days will incur a 2% monthly administrative fee as per Moroccan commercial regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on updated service costs in Morocco Casablanca.
- All services are provided by a registered and licensed Dietitian holding a valid professional card issued by the Moroccan Order of Dietitians and Nutritionists.
- The client agrees to attend all scheduled sessions. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% session fee will apply.
- Confidentiality of all medical and nutritional data is guaranteed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical prescription. The Dietitian will coordinate with the client's primary physician in Casablanca for any condition requiring concurrent medical treatment.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this document will be subject to a separate written Quotation Estimate and client approval prior to delivery.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
