• Initial Comprehensive Nutritional Assessment: A full-body evaluation including body composition analysis, metabolic rate calculation, dietary history review, and blood work interpretation conducted at our Myanmar Yangon clinic facility.
• Personalised Meal Planning: Development of a culturally appropriate, locally sourced meal plan aligned with traditional Burmese cuisine while meeting the client's specific health goals (weight management, diabetes control, cardiovascular health, or general wellness).

• Mid-Program Payment: 30% (MMK 1,020,600) is due at the completion of Week 6 of the 12-week program.
• Final Payment: The remaining 30% (MMK 1,020,600) is due upon completion of the final session and delivery of all reports.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer (CB Bank, KBZ Bank, AYA Bank), cash payment at our Yangon office, or mobile payment via KBZPay / Wave Money.
• Late Payment: A surcharge of 2% per month will apply to any outstanding balance beyond 14 days of the due date.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices may be revised due to changes in operating costs in Myanmar Yangon.
• The Dietitian services are provided by a licensed and registered nutrition professional holding certification from the Myanmar Medical Association and the Asian Dietetic Association.
• All consultations and services will be conducted within the Myanmar Yangon area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel outside Yangon city limits will incur additional transportation charges.

• Cancellation by the client after the initial assessment will result in forfeiture of the advance payment. Cancellation by the consultancy will result in a full refund of all payments received.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment. The Dietitian services are complementary to, and not a replacement for, medical care provided by physicians.
• Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the Yangon District Court in Myanmar Yangon.
