This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenLife Nutrition & Wellness Center to provide a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of costs associated with professional Dietitian services to be delivered in Nepal Kathmandu. The purpose of this document is to ensure full transparency regarding the scope of work, associated fees, and terms governing the engagement of our registered Dietitian for personalized nutritional assessment, meal planning, and ongoing dietary counseling. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and reflects the current market rates for qualified Dietitian services in the Kathmandu Valley region of Nepal.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Dietitian service rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
2. All fees quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of the professional expertise of a registered Dietitian licensed by the Nepal Dietetic Association and the Department of Health, Government of Nepal.
3. Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due as an advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable upon completion of the final Dietitian consultation session.
4. Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Bank Transfer (Nabil Bank, NIC Asia, or Himalayan Bank accounts in Kathmandu), and mobile banking (eSewa, Khalti, or ConnectIPS).
5. The Dietitian services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be conducted at our facility located in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Home-visit Dietitian consultations within the Kathmandu Valley may be arranged at an additional charge of NPR 1,000 per visit.
6. Cancellation or rescheduling of any Dietitian appointment must be communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. The Dietitian services provided are for nutritional guidance, dietary planning, and wellness counseling only. For medical conditions, the Dietitian will coordinate with the client's primary physician in Kathmandu.
8. All dietary plans developed by our Dietitian will incorporate locally available Nepali ingredients, traditional cooking methods, and cultural food practices specific to the Kathmandu region to ensure practicality and long-term adherence.
9. Confidentiality: All client health information, body composition data, and dietary records shared with the Dietitian will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with Nepal's data protection guidelines.
10. This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued specifically for the client named above. Any modification to the scope of Dietitian services will require a revised Quotation Estimate in writing.
