This Quotation Estimate covers all professional Dietitian services rendered within the Nigeria Lagos area, including but not limited to the Island (Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Banana Island) and Mainland (Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Ajah) zones. Our Dietitian team is fully equipped with portable body-composition analysers, dietary recall software, and culturally adapted nutritional databases specific to West African and Nigerian dietary patterns. All consultations conducted under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the ethical guidelines of the Dietitians Association of Nigeria and the Health Professions Council of Nigeria.

Should the client require services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, a supplementary addendum will be issued at no additional administrative cost. The Dietitian assigned to your account will be a minimum of a Bachelor's degree holder in Dietetics/Nutrition with a DAN registration number, and where clinical interventions are required, a Master's-qualified specialist will be deployed.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to inflationary adjustments in the Nigeria Lagos market.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within seven (7) days of service completion. Corporate clients may request 30-day credit terms subject to credit verification.
• All Dietitian consultations and meal plans are confidential and protected under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
• Cancellation or rescheduling of a Dietitian appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session.
• Travel within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area (Island and Mainland) is included. Travel to locations outside Lagos (e.g., Abeokuta, Ibadan, Ogun State) will attract an additional transport surcharge of ₦15,000 per trip.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis. The Dietitian will refer clients to appropriate physicians or specialists where clinical intervention beyond nutritional management is required.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Lagos State.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Dietitian services to be delivered in Nigeria Lagos. This document serves as a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
