Invoices will be issued in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 402-FZ on Accounting.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices are subject to revision based on current market rates in Russia Saint Petersburg.
2. All Dietitian services are to be performed by a registered Dietitian or a qualified nutrition specialist under the direct supervision of the Lead Dietitian, Dr. Elena V. Sokolova.
3. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete medical history, current medication lists, and allergy information prior to the initial assessment. Failure to do so may result in service delays.
4. Cancellation of any scheduled Dietitian consultation must be made no fewer than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
5. NutriLife Professional Dietetics Center shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client health information in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of specific health outcomes. The Dietitian services are advisory and supportive in nature.
7. Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this document will be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary Quotation Estimate.
8. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction vested in the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
