• Chronic Disease Nutrition Management: Specialized dietary protocols for conditions including but not limited to Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, and Obesity, aligned with Saudi Ministry of Health guidelines.

1. This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Al-Nour Nutrition & Dietetics Center.
2. All Dietitian services shall be delivered in compliance with the Saudi Ministry of Health regulations, the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) guidelines, and the professional standards set by the Saudi Dietitians Association.
3. The Dietitian assigned to this engagement holds a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and maintains current malpractice insurance coverage.
4. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the third month of services, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all services and the concluding progress report.
5. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with Saudi Arabia's ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing requirements. The 15% VAT is applied as per current Saudi tax law.
6. The client agrees to provide accurate medical history, current medication lists, and relevant laboratory results to the Dietitian prior to the initial assessment to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the dietary plan.
7. Cancellation or rescheduling of Dietitian sessions must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
8. All nutritional data, meal plans, and progress reports generated under this engagement are the confidential property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. The Dietitian's recommendations are advisory and should be coordinated with the client's primary physician or specialist.
10. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi law.
